So far I've learned the complete muscle lay over of the human body. (Grey's Anatomy)
The creations and workings of the fluids (RBC WBC etc)
Metabolism,Lymphatic, systems.

I did manage to get one ride on the bike this week It was Saturday morning ride leaving the bike barn. This was after I was up until 1AM tiling our bathroom.
