Skate Or Die

Lets just say I didn't die. I think I heard about 5 snickering 8 year olds, every time I would slip off the board.

I would say there was 10 elementary kids and 3 junior high kids all on the little Half court skate park. I spent most of the time trying to get used to the half pipe thinking the transitions would be most beneficial to my snow boarding trip, (this time tomorrow I'll be in Telluride)

The YMCA in Pearland is even going to have one.

Another weekend gone, with one more day of work and I'll be snowboarding down a mountain.

Not a bad weekend for cycling, got in 4 hours out at Memorial, and then did 2hr LT ride with Daryl. This Saturday the weather seemed to be waiting for us to finish MTB'ing, it was all around us but not a drop of rain I get home, and here comes the flood.

I might go to the little skatepark in Seabrook after work as precursor to help me get my board balance in line before we go snowboarding.
